Kick Plate Clip Broke
On the left side I unscrewed the screw and replace it with a new one . The right side in had to take s file and file of the rivet. You can use a rivet gun or a metal screw to replaced the clip. Once it is finish open the refrigerator door to see how to line the kick plate into the clip. A piece of cake.

plastic pan slide tracks broken (both sides)
These are the left & right slide rail tracks for the pull-out meat tray located just under one of the interior shelves. When removing or installing plastic parts you should always use a delicate touch, because plastic is brittle and can crack or break. To install these rails, I used a small screwdriver and a small rubber mallet to lightly tap the old ones off. The new ones I put the tabs in the holes and using the mallet & screwdriver, I lightly tapped into place until I heard a click-lock. So...... use a delicate but forceful approach. Good luck !!

Pan Slide Track broken
I first watched the instructional video and from then on it was a simple repair. The Pan Slide Track had been broken, probably from excess weight in the drawer over the past 8 years. After removing the drawer and glass support per the video, I discovered that BOTH the tracks were broken! Fortunately, I had ordered two(2) tracks and was able to replace both in less than 30 minutes. In my experience of do-it-yourself repairs, this was by far the simplest repair do mainly because of the great step by step video.

Pan Slide Track Busted
This was a very easy repair, it took about 3 min and we were good to go. First, I removed the pan and slid the broken track out of the self-locking slots. If you're unsure as to push or pull the track out of the slot, take a peek at the slots before you start. This came right out. I got the new one, aligned the tabs with the slots, slid it in and made sure it "popped" in place. There was nothing complicated about it. One tip to get the old one out is to make sure you apply some pressure to the track as you are pulling or pushing it out of the self-locking slots. Btw I was able to get my parts in less than 48 hrs, std shipping! Awesome, and thanks!

One of the pan slide tracks got stuck during insertion
I ordered two Whirlpool pan slide tracks, which are identical for the right and left sides. The first track popped right in, just like in the installation video, but the other one got stuck during insertion. I noticed that all three plastic tabs of the track were caught on the edges of their respective metal slots, and the plastic was being shredded by the metal when I pushed harder trying to insert the track. I took a kitchen knife and shaved off small slivers of plastic from the areas of the tabs that were catching. After that, the slide could be inserted easily.
