Everything works starts washes drains just won't spin
For model number FFLE3911QW0
Hello Tom, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing or replacing the PartSelect Number PS11703540 Washer Lid Lock. If the lock is defective it can not tell if the lid is closed and ok to start the spin cycle. For safety reasons the appliance will not spin of the lid is open. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

My Frigidaire washer dryer combo won't fill with water. I've changed the water inlet valve it still won't fill?
For model number FFLE4033QW
Hi Steve, Thank you for the question. You will need to check to see if there is power going to the valve. If there is no power to the valve you may need to replace the control board, PartSelect Number PS11703854. Hope this helps!

Lid locks and will fill and aggitate but wont drain and spin unless i move the dial to spin cycle
For model number FFLG3911QW0
Hi Lori,
Thank you for your question. If the dial is not advancing, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the lid switch, the timer, the timer knob, the drain pump and the water inlet valve. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Hi, Our washer/dryer does everything well, but when it should start spinning, it moves very slow for few seconds and then stops like the job has been finished. Can you advise which part can cause this issue?
Is there any service manual I can use for troubleshooting? Thanks
For model number 41761722510
Hi Amir,
Thank you for your question. If the washer is not spinning correctly, I suggest the lid lock. If the lock is defective it can prevent the washer from not working correctly. The belt should be checked as well. If your washer does not spin you should inspect the drive belt for signs of overheating or excessive wear. Before replacing a damaged belt, you should verify that any belt tensioning device such as an idler pulley or motor glide is operating properly and moves freely. You should also check the electronic control board and the motor to make sure that they are operating correctly. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
