Would only dispense crushed Ice!
The ice selector solenoid was a snap to replace.
You do have to pull the ice maker out. I looked on you tube to find out how to take off the wire cover and how to release the ice maker so it will slide out.
Firmly grab it and pull try to keep it level while pulling and it will slide out better.
After removed its 2 small screws and a release clamp to get the old part off and snap the new one in replace screws and wires.
The toughest part of this was figuring out that it was the solenoid in the first place.
Best of luck do it yourselfers like me.

The small peg that holds the panry door in place broke, as a result the door would not operate
It took longer to empty the items off the shelf than it did to do the repair. Slid the veg, drawers out, set them aside.Took glass shelf out set it aside. removed three screws with 1/4in socket. Removed end cap. replaced with new end cap, replaced screws, cleaned and replaced shelf and drawers. Was a very easy task. these pegs break very easy, this is the second time I have had to replace the end cap, both times it was the left size. problem is you have to buy both the left and the right side together,

The right end cap hinge broke for the pantry door.
I replaced both side. The left side I very easy to replace. It has 2 screws holding the end cap in place and the tracking has 2 screws holding it in. Undo the 4 screws and put the track on the new end cap and then you are good to go to install the new end cap on the left side. Now for the right side is easy, but you now have to also undo 2 screws and other 2 for the track just like left side but also you are going to have to undo the humidity control stuff and put it on the new end cap.

The door switch was broken so the interior light would not come on.
The instructions in the package were not helpful. They wanted me to cut the wiring harness and described where to cut based on the wire colors. My wires were not the same color! I removed the light mechanism using a combination of a screwdriver, putty knife, and plain old muscle with my fingers! The wiring harness unplugged easily and the new one inserted. It was easy to push the whole assembly back into the door. I spent more time looking for something to cut the wiring harness with (and never did find it) than the whole job actually took without needing to cut anything!
