tray glide wheel broke off
The original part was plastic. I kind of expected a $5 replacement part and not a preassembled unit. It was okay because the redesigned rack adjuster assembly was steel and will probably last forever. Worth the $40.

Shipped part arrived in 2 days. Pulled off 2 retainer clips, pulled out the rack, unscrewed 5 or 6 screws, used original adjuster, and had it all back together in about 10 minutes. Oops, I forgot to read the instructions, again.

Thanks for the fast service.

Dispenser latch had broken
We unscrewed the inner door panel and pulled it apart, disconnected the wiring, removed the screws holding the dispenser in place and swaped it out. One problem we had putting everything back together was that the latch for the door didn't line up and we couldn't shut the door but we simply unscrewed the door, readjusted the latch and put it back together. Works great now!

broken silverware cutlery basket
when i placed this order i read the comments, while one of them stated this arrived as described. The other comment stated that she did not know how many to order, so she ordered 2 and ended up with 4 split sides. Since she only needed one set she ended up with an unneeded one. I consequently took this advise and ordered one.. where I needed a set I only ended up with one side.

Broken wheel on right hand of top rack
I removed the top rack which was very easy, just two plastic clips on each side. I had to use a Torx head driver to remove the righthand height adjuster cover and mechanism. The new adjuster fit perfectly and it only took approx. 10 minutes to have the rack back in the dishwasher. As another PartSelect customer stated, I too was able to salvage one of the old wheels just in case this happens again. Good luck!

Food debris on dishes; seeds stuck in spray arms
Remove mid and bottom rack. The nut on the bottom spray arm can be removed by hand; all screws are T-20; just hold on to the impeller to turn its screw. I keep a T-20 under the sink, which tells you something about how reliable we've found this model! Remove screws as you go down, replace parts as you go back up; assembly is reverse of removal, yadda, yadda. Don't miss opportunities to notice how Maytag keeps making small improvements to many of the parts, wonder whether in a few more years of purchasing replacement parts for this thing it will finally stop breaking. My wife informs me that plastic mesh filters like Maytag uses are something she buys for her lab as disposable single use items. We actually had a Bosch on order (metal filters) but I decided to give this unit one more infusion of parts. It's working better now, but I don't know how long it will last before something else gives out.

Door would not lock
I called for a Lowes where I purchased the dishwasher was told it was out of warranty, they set up for a repairman to come out and fix it. He came out and told me it would be $190.00 for parts and labor but that didn't include the service call of $60.00 dollars. Total bill would be $250.00, plus it would be another 2 weeks before he would be able to get back because he had to order the part but and get this I would get the part delivered to the house before the two weeks, and that he wouldn't guarantee the part for more then 90 days.
I told him no way, so I researched the internet and found this site part cost $25.00 dollars my time about 30 min. SAVINGS of $225.00.
The part was pretty easy to install had to take out a few screws around the edge. Only trouble I had was putting in the handle but I figure that out and put everything back together again.
I would purchase parts from this company again had it within 2 days, at a very reasonable cost.

Door would not close - latch broken
1. Turned off power. 2. Unscrewed ten screws holding inside of door in place. 3. Lifted cover enough to access latch - helpful to have someone to hold this while doing the job. 4. Disconnected old latch assembly on each side - this was the hardest part as they were stiff and needed to be pulled hard. 5. Attached new latch assembly. 6. Screwed door panel back on. 7. Switched power back on. So easy and saved about $150. This stuff is NOT HARD and I just wish more people had the gumption to do repairs themselves instead of paying 'experts' to do exactly the same job.
