Model number issue
When we ordered the part the first time, we pulled the model number from the documentation instead of the machine. We got the wrong part the first time. The people at Parts Select were very knowledgeable and helpful when we called. After we pulled the model number from the machine, they sent the perfect part that popped in with no problems.

Rack adjustment part broke on original dishwasher
There were no instructions provided with the part, however, I watched a video on uTube with a step by step instructions. By following those instructions, I was able to replace the part in about 30 minutes. If you watch the video, anyone should be able to do this. I am a 64yr old female and I was able to do this myself.

A plastic part on the top rack of my 2 year old dishwasher broke. Automatic dishwasher soap is corrosive and plastic parts should not be used in a dishwasher in the first place
The 1st person i had contact with wasn't any help choosing the correct part. Paid about $30.00 for the wrong part. Paid $8.00 more to ship the wrong part back for reimbursement. Meanwhile my son went to a local repair shop and got the right part for less than $40 and the repair shop installed the part on the rack for free
I was not happy with Part Select! Part Select cost me time and money and didnt get the job done

I can not get the part to fit and stay in place.
It is a small plastic piece which serves as a stop on the right side of the upper rack. It is the correct part because it is identical to the left one of the same type. I tried clamping down with a pair of pliers but I am afraid of breaking it. With shipping this two inch piece of plastic cost $20, so I do not want to crack it. I am at a loss as to how to sit in in place.

Top rack of dishwasher kept pulling all the way out
Our dishwasher's top rack would pull too far out which made it hard to stay in alignment. It had lost it's track stop. I easily ordered the part from PartSelect, and it came more quickly than I expected; I clicked it in place and it runs like new. It's wonderful to deal with a company that knows the frustration of not having your appliance in good working orfer.
Thank you.

Broken tine rows on upper basket
Popping out the old tine rows was very simple and required no tools. The only issue was that the spacing of the replacement tines was different from the original parts and there was not enough space between the tines and the basket to snap the clips back on to hold the tine row. I went to my band saw and cut the extended ends off of the clips and then they snapped into place perfectly. This would have been a 20 minute, no tool job if I didn't have to run to the band saw.
