Finding the part that I needed was incredibly easy. I usually leave all repairs to my husband but I was getting frustrated that my vegetables were freezing due to the drawer laying right on the wall dividing the freezer area. I took it upon myself to search for parts by using the refrigerator model number, This site is the BEST!! By providing pictures of the parts and where they go I was able to order the correct one. It arrived within a few days and I installed it in less than 5 minutes. I was relieved that I had ordered the correct part and my husband was pleasantly surprised that I took care of it myself. Replaced crisper

I had to remove the 2 drawers, naturally, but then found I also had to remove the glass shelf and bracket that holds them, because the end of the center rail had broken off and stuck in the recess of the shelf. No problem. Washed the shelf and the end piece fell out, eliminating the need for pliers or tweezers. Put the new center rail in place, replaced the shelf, replaced the 2 crisper drawers and, "voila" - good as new (until next time some big, strong guy slams the crisper drawer). Thanks for quick delivery; I don't often get in the mood to fix things, so when I do it's nice the part arrives before my fixing-muse flies away.

removed the shelf inserted the new rail, replace the shelf and the crisper bins.

As I was holding the part up, I didn't know it was a separate piece from the frame. The reason that initially it didn't come apart is because a sticky substance had sealed it. Once the water started, the sticky stuff melted and the glass broke into a million little pieces.

just pushed glass up out of frame and then dropped new one in. pretty simple fix.

Although there where no instructions, reading the comments by others made this a really easy replacement.

Found the correct part online. Ordered on a Wednesday morning. Learned that it had been shipped that same day. Recieved in on the following day, and in 5 minutes, the replacement took place. Piece of Cake ! The most remarkable thing was the time it took to order and receive the product. Very impressive !

I took out the drawers, glass, and crisper frame and slid in the center crisper bar. I ordered 2 because it looks like the bar could easily break again!

removed the glass covering the rail, removed the rail and replaced with new rail

Took out drawers and glass shelf, installed new part. Perfect fit. Easy as pie.

Removed the glass shelf, position the rail in its slots and replaced the glass shelves.
