Dryer was making a loud rattling noise and shaking
I watched the part select you tube video that links specific loud dryer noises to specific broken or loose parts. It allowed me to identify the part I needed, which I ordered through their website. Two days later, I had the part and installed it, with help from another online video that showed me how to take the dryer apart to install the drum support roller. Thank you, the information provided made the repair quite easy. It works perfectly now!

Dryer stopped heating
(Always unplug dryer before making any repairs) I opened the dryer and checked the heating element. Making sure that the connection was good and nothing was damaged, I determined the problem was overheated wires. They melted and lots connection. I replaced them with the heating element wire connection kit. Easy to install and simple to get right. I cleaned the dryer again with a vaccum cleaner, removing all the lint, and checked the vents, making sure they were clear...I turned the breaker on (it was tripped when the dryer overheated)and everything worked great.

Dryer kept running
Well turned off power by unplugging it. Took a Phillips screwdriver and took the 2 screws out from vent and then took a flat head and left up each side to access the inside of dryer. Then used screwdriver to take out screws to switch and then disconnect the power cord to that. Reverse the procedure and it was so simple. Ty. Awesome company.
