knocking sound at beginning of high spin and washer walks a little but it appears to be level
For model number kenmore 110-47561602
Hello Ron, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the washer will wobble if the floor is uneven or if the feet are not level. A washer will typically walk when it is unsteady. The centrifugal force that is unevenly distributed is the only thing that causes walking. Unbalanced legs can make the feet skid and drag the machine across the floor. We suggest checking the suspension springs, part number PS993023. If they are bad, replace them. If this does not solve your problem, we recommend checking the counterweights, part numbers PS2342074 and PS2330600. If these parts are bad, replace them. If the issue remains, you may need to replace the shock absorber kit, part number PS10062744. We hope this information helps!
