The broke of the knob and had to replace the whole mother board and the knob
I had to remove the whole top of the washer and unplugged all the wire to the board. Getting the board out was the hardest thing to do because no screws it was clamped in place. Once I figured how to unclamped the thing without breaking it, it was relatively simple and to only 15 min to button it back up.

Restarts and the end of cycle rain for 5 hours straight?
For model number Ntw4601bqd
Hello Jeffrey, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model number you have provided and this can be caused by the washer not draining properly or by the main control board. Check the drain hoses and drain filter for any clogs or damage, and test the drain pump with a multimeter to see if it is causing the issue. If there are no clogs and the drain pump tests ok, then replace the control board. Good luck with your repair.
