Broken drawer slides
The repair was very easy, I just had to replace some bad bearing slides in the drawer pull. Remove the end cap, remove the top drawer, remove the old bearing slide from the drawer slide and snap the new one in. finally replacing the end caps.

No video for this new version of the part
The entire flat side of the end cap, (with the cutout latch), goes on the outside of the guide bar. It took less than 15 seconds to insert. It took about 30 minutes of searching for videos and playing around with the part to figure this out. A simple diagram would have been helpful.

How the heck does this install? Videos show a different type of end cap than the one I received. It doesn't seem to even be forced on to the rack.

Hello Ellen, Thank you for the question. The flat side of the end cap with the cutout goes on the outside of the guide bar and push it into place. We hope this helps with the repair!
