Easy repair, fit as expected
It's a knob, like the others. Pretty much identical except for the fact that it's 10 years newer than the others. Guess I have to polish the old ones up to look more like the new one. ;)

my housekeeper broke the stove knob
I was so happy to get the part before Thanksgiving. While I was opening the box I was telling to concierge how fast I got the part. A neighbor overheard me & asked who I used & I tor off the top of the receipt so he could use your company. He said all his knobs are held together w. rubberbands.
The best part was the help finding the serial #. I would have never found it on my own.
Thanks, Karen T

The top burner knobs for this range had deformed over time and were discontinued.
Through an extensive web search of parts suppliers, I discovered a top burner knob in production that had the same shaft measurements as the original discontinued model. Once the ordered replacements arrived, it was a simple matter of removal and replacement.

Does pt number 326220002 knob come with the metal adapter which locks the knob onto the shaft? It looks like the knob is molded to it on the knobs which are good on my stove. I am replacing one knob because i am missing this out of the original knob and the knob is wobbly and doesn’t lock on the shaft like the other three.

Hello William, Thank you for the question. Yes, this knob includes the metal D shape clip that goes in the hole in the back of the knob that secures the knob to the shaft. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!

Our Jenn-Air electric stove was purchase in 1979. We need to replace the knobs but can't find the model number. Can you advise?
For model number ?
Hi Carole,
Thank you for your question. If your stove has a bottom drawer where you store pots and pans, pull the drawer out and look on the left or right frame that the drawer shuts onto. There should be a label which would include both your model and serial numbers. If you do not find it, here is a link from our webpage that you may reference on other locations where the model and serial numbers may be found on your stove, https://www.partselect.com/Find-Your-Range-Model-Number.aspx. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
