The screw that is holding the right side basket hanger is pulling out of the side wall. Should i order a new right side basket hanger or a larger screw to hold it in place? Thank you!
For model number FGHS2631PF4A
Hi Jody, thank you for your question. You would have to determine which part is broken really. If your hanger is cracked or broken then you should replace that part. If it is the screw that is the problem then you should replace that part. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

The screw that is holding the right (front) side of freezer basket hanger kept pulling out of the side wall. It can be pulled from the freezer wall without unscrewing. I unscrewed the hanger and it seems like both the hanger and screws looks fine, nothing seemed to be broken, it looks like the hole in the freezer wall was too big or the crew was too small. I just want to make sure that purchasing a new hanger will correct the issue. Thank you.

Hello Eva, Thank you for the question. If the screw hole in the wall of the liner is stripped and will not hold the screw, a new hanger would not fix the issue. A larger screw to fit the hole would be needed and the screw hole in the hanger would need to be enlarged. We hope this helps!
