Agitator wan't moving.
First I took off the cover where the bolt was with a screwdriver. Then got out a 7/16s socket and long extension, rachet and began to unbolten the agitator. Pulled the agitator out and flipped the agitator upside down, then pulled the rest of the guts out of the agitator, togges and all.Put the repair kit in the agitator and then went in reverse of pulling the agitator.

auger failed to rotate during wash cycle
The "dogs" were worn out; I used a socket and extension to remove the auger, then replaced the thrust spacer, auger-agitator along with the repair kit.
The most common culprit which wears out is usually the cam dogs. When you hear a grinding sound with the machine under a load, it usually means the dogs are not grabbing properly. If you see that the agitator isn't rotating, you will need to replace the nylon dogs. In most cases, the old auger will likely be in good shape, so it's important to check the teeth where the cam dogs make contact before ordering the parts.
