I broke the plastic handle on my brand new refrigerator
Removed the two screws on top, then slide the trim cover at the bottom of the handle down and removed the third screw to remove the handle.
New handle goes in with two top screws first, then third screw at tem bottom of the handle. Don't forget to slide the trim piece back on to cover the third screw...

Freezer door handle needed to be replaced
First I took a Phillips head screwdriver to the top bracket of the fridge and removed the two screws on top and removed the screws out of the bottom of the freezer door, then placed the new freezer handle into the holes of the old one and reattached the screws to the new handle. The customer service rep. that got me the correct sized handle, knew the correct size as the lower fridge handle is longer than the freezer handle of 11 inches. You cannot even tell that the handle has been replaced.

For model number ET1CHKXKQ01
Hello Garnet, Thank you for the question. Very sorry but Whirlpool only sells the handles as a kit. They are not sold individually. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!
