End Cap bracket broken when shelf over-filled.
Brackets rotated outward and lifted to disengage from door. Front metal strip removed from broken bracket. New bracket placed on shelf strip ends and replaced into door mount plastic. Hardest part was caused by manufacturer changing number of part and supplying it as a "kit" with both left and right bracket, as opposed to previously marking each end LS of RS and changing the configuration so that LS became RS. Joelle, in Customer Service was wonderful in figuring out the number change and sending me the correct part after I realized the originally ordered part was for the wrong side.

Movers broke a glass shelf, cracked a cover, and an end-cap
The old cover came off in two pieces (broken) and the new cover, rather than screwing on, simply snapped in place - a huge improvement over original part.
The end cap kit went in rather straightforwardly; the visual drawing in the part envelope was sufficient.
The glass shelf was only slightly more of a problem as I did not realize that a back piece could be pulled off (minor effort), the new glass placed in position, and then the back clamping piece placed over the rear of the bracket, clamping the glass.
Couldn't have been simpler and saved quite a bit of money if a repair person would have had to come out, first to provide an estimate, and then, the actual repairs; probably two hour minimum. :-)

Pieces were broken making the shelves unuseable.
Took the old shelf and removed the endcaps and snapped the new ones on.
The support stud kit could have had better directions. Was unsure if the whole piece came out of the wall of the freezer or not. A little confusing.
