Looking to replace part number: Ps3511267 fine filter you stated in the last answer to turn the spray arm counter clock wise this does not remove my spray arm
For model number GSM2200V00WW
Hi Ray, Thank you for contacting us. Very sorry you are correct. On the side of the base of the arm there is a tab you will need to pry outwards a bit with a small flat head screw driver to release the spray arm. It is off to the side on the back side so it is not easily seen. You may have to feel around to locate the tab. Hope this helps!

When putting on part#wd12x10357 filter fine asm, is it supposed to look like it sits crooked.
For model number Gsd2100v55ww
Hello Joe, thank you for your question. To Remove the filter : On the side of the base of the arm there is a tab you will need to pry outwards a bit with a small flat head screw driver to release the spray arm. So, it can be reasoned that when reinstalling it, it may be tricky to snap it back into place. It should not be ill-fitting. We hope this information will help you.

I am having the problem with water not draining. I have replaced the Drain Solenoid and Bracket Assembly and it seems the original one was working. I have also replaced the Pump and Motor Assembly which also seems to be working without defect. When I put it all back together I noticed an orange ball floating in the area where the FILTER FINE Assembly attached to the SUMP INLET. Was that supposed to be there and if so where does it go. I did not see it until I removed the Filter Fine Assembly. And I still have the problem with it not draining. The hose is clear also.
For model number GSD3300D35BB
Hi Michael, thank you for the question. It appears that your washer may have a damaged timer control, part number PS6011664, and it needs to be replaced. The orange floating ball that you mentioned goes into the inlet sump. It blocks the path to the fine filter during the drain cycle. We hope this sorts out your problem!
