The Burners and Burner Caps were missing
Very simple repair. I bought the Range without the Burners and Burner Caps. So all I had to do was to purchase the Burners and the Burner Caps and drop them in. Wish everything in life would be that simple.

For model number JGB605SET1SS
Hi Jeanina, Thank you for the question. The knob slips onto a post or shaft that sticks out from the panel, it is connected to a burner control valve. If the shaft is not turning you will need to replace the burner valve. Hope this helps!

How to remove the burner heads (part nos. 155, 156, 157) ?
All my 4 burners do not move. There appeared to be 2 screws holding each but they look fragile so I was afraid to damage them. Or the burners are just stuck thru years of neglect ?
Thanks for help.
