My washer is making a grinding noise in the lower end of the unit sounds to me like a bearing has went bad any ideas .
For model number WJRR4170E0CC
Hi Jim,
Thank you for your question. If the noise is a result of the bearing, we do have the part currently available and the part number is PS271510. You will need to inspect the washer to see if this is the problem. If not, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the tun seal, the tub cover, the tub clamp, the tub shield, the tub washer, the outer tub and the tub dampening straps. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My washer was in storage for 2 years and when i tried to use it, it won't agitate. It will fill up and drain but the barrel doesn't turn. What part is most likely needed to be replaced?
For model number WJSE3110A0WW
Hello Chuck, thank you for your question. We would recommend replacing the following parts first.
Agitator Coupling Kit Part Number: WH49X10042, Agitator Part Number: WH43X25442, Hub Nut Part Number: WH2X1193, Split Ring Part Number: WH02X10265. They are the main parts of the agitator. The agitator parts have probably seized up. I hope this helps.
