What is the functionality of the mullion articulation asm and does it absolutely need to be replaced. The plastic part that holds the screws in and helps lock it into place broke and I don't want to buy a whole new one.

Hi Seth, Thank you for the question. Without this Mullion the doors will not seal properly and they may also not stay closed, this is a part that should be replaced if damaged or defective. Hope this helps!

The top and bottom hinges to the referenced "flipper assembly" broke. Please verify that replacing these two hinges requires the purchase of the entire flipper assembly unit. As such, please verify that the hinges are included in the purchase of this unit. Thank you.
