Exact part we needed. Arrived fast and in tact
Hi. Thanks to your video my husband and I were able to install the new inner oven glass without swearing. I should mention, if you decide to update your video... because of family illness we neglected to look into replacing the glass for a long, too long time, but in time before the cracked glass shattered. So I used the oven but knew from the all wise internet I shouldn’t self clean. So there was a lot of grease and crap to clean. Taking the oven door apart was ok. A bit messy. Have a vacuum ready. After cleaning the channel of the frame where the glass fits in the channel bent so we had a really hard time putting the door back together. We were afraid to force it in , but realized the frame bent a but when we cleaned the channel. The oven in the video was clean. Not realistic. Otherwise excellent and perfect. I self cleaned the oven. It’s like new. I’m really happy. 5 stars!, thank you. Also I advise you to tell people to take pictures of each step. We did. It helped. So thanks. We couldn’t be happier. Stay safe and well. I’m baking a lot Staying home and thrilled my oven is clean and I can see inside again.

Inner Glass on oven door cracked
The repair for the glass on the inner door of the oven was very straight forward and easy. All I did was remove the door from the oven and then systematically took apart the door. I did not have any schematics, but if you just look at it you can figure out what you need to do. Once apart I had to use pliers to bend the metal that was holding the glass in place and then I simply installed the new one and put everything back together. The whole process took maybe 20-45 minutes from start to finish. Now I can bake a Turkey for Thanksgiving...YEAH!!

Inner glass door of oven was broken. Replaced (2) cooking elemnet control knobs.
I removed the screws holding on the door trim.
I removed several parts I didn't need to remove.
I finally figured out which screws and bolts were really holding the piece I needed to replace. I replaced the broken glass with the new glass, put everything back together and fortunately had no extra parts to throw away.
I hope I don't have to purchase many more of the $11.25 plastic knobs for the range top controls.

The inner glass of the oven door was cracked
First, there are NO instructions on how to replace the glass on this type of oven door! Nothing came with the replacement glass and we could not find anything on the internet for this model. The oven door hinges are like no other oven door. There is no hinge lock and you can't just remove the guard plate and lift the door off the hinge. I ended up with a smashed finger because the hinge slammed shut before I could move my hand. The oven glass is STILL not replaced and we are having a heck of a time trying to find an expert to come to our home to fix it.

broken glass inside oven door;
My husband ( a superior handy man) very easily replaced the glass on the inside of the oven door and further replaced the hinges which had sprung yrs ago when I rested a 30+ lb turkey on the door. He removed the oven door and it was obvious to him how to repair the problem. The oven is back to heating correctly.
