The paddle is floppy and the paddle return spring has fallen out with the spring and 2 other plastic pieces(spring pivot shaft & a stop?). Will part #64 “shield dispenser” do it or do I also need part #65 “paddle dispenser”. Do you have instructions for disassembly of this sub-assembly?

Hi Robert, Thank you for the question. The only way to know for sure if to take the dispenser apart to see if there is a broken part of if the spring and the other two parts that fell out have just become lose and fell out. Hope this helps!
