Our white mixer is over thirty years old and recently started making a constant squeal noise when i run it on speeds higher than low. For example, when i turn speed from two to low, the squeal goes away. I don't know what part to change, and my husband's best guess is a bearing. It seems to come from the nose or front area of the machine. I appreciate your help with this problem.

Hello Lisa, Thank you for the question.I suggest taking the casing apart to check for any parts that might be wore down. There are several gears that can cause the noise as well. Hope this helps!

I have a growling noise in the mixer which suggests a dry surface between shaft and bearing. I have eliminated bearings related the motor as being suspect. I believe the problem is in one of the vertical shafts. There is a lot of play in the shaft that extends through the planetary gear. Please recommend what parts need replaced to get the mixer running smoothly.

Hi William, Thank you for the question. If the shaft that extends through the Planetary is loose, you will need the Part Number: PS11740538. Hope this helps!

Stripped the nylon gear. Purchased replacement from you. Everything fine until removing the pin in the nylon gear. Pin would not move. I assume it sheared and rotated until the segments do not align. I assume my only recourse is to drive the shaft thru the gear. I see the shaft #11, pin #12 and bracket #9 are available. I do not see any reference to bearings in the bracket #9. I fear I will damage the two bearings. Any suggestions? I have limited tools.

Hello Ronald, thank you for getting in touch. We have attached a relevant video which may not be of the exact same model but will help while removing the bearings. We hope this helps!
