One of the two rollers attached to the storage drawer body is torn out. It appears to me that they are riveted on. Can the roller be replaced or does the drawer body w/roll have to be replaced?

This is a slide in range/oven and the drawer under the oven falls out and won't stay on tracks. Rollers seem to far apart. Your diagram and my drawer looks the same. What could be the problem.

Hi Connie, Thank you for the question. The only way to know for sure is to take a look to see if there is something damaged. Check the rails the rollers slide in to see if they are damaged and not holding the rollers in place. You can check the wheel bracket for damage and the wheels to make sure they are not wore out.
