Easy repair, part connection slightly different but worked
This is a double element part and was slightly different to reconnect because of the configuration of a grounding wire. But with basic understanding of electrical flow, I figured it out. Had to cut a wide spade connector to a narrow shape to plug it into a slot. Note: good part search site and super fast delivery- thank you

Repair
The installation had some challenges whereby they shouldn't put a small wire as a joiner but instead provide enough wire to replace from burner to burner. After installation, the joiner arched and we had to purchase a new wire that was the proper length from burner to burner omitting the joiner. This is the fault of the manufacturer and not the supplier.

First delivery defects, Then I got refund. Second delivery part is woking fine.
My first delivery is coming in 3 days after my order. But wire in part is black and broken. My husband open after 6 days delivery, and found out is defected properly in warehouse and base is broken too. I call customer services for this issue. Representative is very nice and I upload my six pictures showing the part problem. Only one thing I don't know is only within 10 days after delivery is refundable. Luckly, We open package within 6 days as my husband is very busy, and we though there will be fine everything. Second delivery is fast too, and part is arrived perfectly fine. I got refund for first delivery, and Representatives order second one right away for me when I calling for defective product. And I still keep defected part at home for 30 days in case they want me delivery back to warehouse if they send me label to delivery back. New part is working fine now. Still happy shopping experience.

Worked as I hoped it would
Part arrived reasonably quickly. The new part wasnt the exact same as the old model I had. I needed to increase the size of one female disconnect. The box unexpectedly came with two short extensions which I needed to complete the repair. I would have liked a confirmation step during the purchase.

Replace broken glass stovetop and one bad element
It was easy.Only two screws hold the top on.I removed them, disconnected the wiring harness and laid the top upside down.I unscrewed the clips holding the elements to the top and did not disconnect any wires. My son and I just picked them all up at once and transferred them to the new top.I replaced the bad element at this point. Then put it all back together.Easy!

Inside burner not working
Found same problem on this Website. Ordered the part, read the two installation instructions. Step 1. disconnect stove. Step 2. remove two screws holding stove top (located inside oven door, on both corners. Step 3. Lift stove top, remove screws on burner (be careful, if a screw drops it can be fun finding it)I know))I removed the outside screws, this wasy you can replace the brackets one by one on the new burner, they are numbered around the outside. Step 4. I remove the electrical connectors one at a time, then installing each one on the new burner. Step 5. Install new burner. Step 6. Replace the two top screws. Step 7. Reconnect stove. Made my wife happy and she loves to cook.

Inner element on dual eye burned out
Two screws loosen the cook top so you could get to the six (or was it eight) screws underneath the cook top. Once those screws were out, three more screws were removed to take off the element. Disconnected a couple of wires and the old element was free to be removed. The new element went right back in and screws were put back in reverse order. Less than ten minutes from start to finish.

The biggest element on the cooktop doesn't heat up and I want to know if I need to replace it or if it could be another part.
For model number MER6775AAQ
Hi John, thank you for your inquiry. The issue could also be because of a faulty element, but most commonly it is solved by replacing the infinite switch, part number PS11744018. So we would recommend checking it first. We hope that helps!
