tested all sensors and heating element came down to timer very easy to replace would have been cheaper for a sensor but that's life works now very easy fix... thanks

My electric dryer works well on the "automatic dry" but not the "timed dry" as there is only one heating element, what is the likelihood the timer is defective? Thank you

I just replaced the pushed button switch part number wp3404233 and the switch door wire and the dryer still wont start what else could it be

Thank you for your question. Some other parts you will need to check are the internal bias thermostat, the drive motor, the thermal cut-off kit, the push-to-start switch and the high limit thermostat. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Does this dryer have a moisture sensor? I have replaced the cycling thermostat and checked the other parts with a meter and they seem fine. The dryer does not heat up when using either the low or high heat auto dry. It’s probably the timer but I want to be sure.
