Great Service and Quick Delivery
The Customer Service Rep I spoke to exemplifies what all customer service should be. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful and most importantly the part arrived when she said it would. I will use this company again.

Second hand part. Only partial refund
The part was hacked by someone else obviously trying to get a grommet out. It was scratched, hacked and unserviceable. It was shipped to me as a new part. I was given a refund for the part but not the shipping, which was 9.99. I had to then redo the entire shipment instead of them sending a replacement part. I then ordered 2 small clamps and it took them 2 weeks to get them to me via courier. Very poor service. Do not recommend.

Was fairly easy to fix for a first timer. Saved my dad $300 on labour and the part was cheaper than through the repair places.

Water leaking through the sump shaft seal
First I removed everything off of the bottom of the dishwasher. Then I removed the main center piece that everything mounts to. Then I reinstalled the new center piece with the help of some evoo cooking spray (extra virgin olive oil) I sprayed it on the rubber seal to aid in getting that center piece installed without a battle. Then I reinstalled everything else in the reverse order that I removed it. The evoo cooking spray works wonders for more than just cooking !!!

Some where in the bottom of the dishwasher there is a leak when the washer is being ran, this dishwasher has been a pain in my you know what in the last 5 years I've had it, I have had it worked on 4 times.I am not sure if it is the repair man doesn't know anything or I got a lemon! Please help me fix this right! He says it needs either the part 14 or 1
For model number WDT910SAYH0
Hi LeeAnn, Thank you for the question. The only way to know for sure where the leak is coming from is to take the appliance apart and check for damage in the seals and parts int he bottom of the appliance. The most common fix for the leak in the bottom of the dishwasher is the small gasket in the middle of the sump (Part Number: PS11755006) that seals the shaft of the motor/diverter valve to the sump.Hope this helps!

The sealing washer that the diverter shaft goes thru is leaking water. How do we go about locating a replacement washer? Thank you....
For model number 665.1303
Hi Ed, Thank you for the question. The seal is only sold as part of the sump. In order to replace the seal the sump will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

I have a leak coming directly out of diffuser pump. The gasket in bottom of sump leaks. I have replaced the pump and the entire sump. I even called a repair service after that did not work and they said i probably got a faulting sump gasket. They ordered another sump and replaced it. I just put some water in the sump and it still drips. Did not even have to turn on dishwasher to see it leak. Any more ideas? I have over $300 dollars in this repair and am still without a solution after a month of waiting on parts.
For model number KDTE404DSP0
Hi Gerald,
Thank you for your question. If the dishwasher is leaking on it own when it is off, the problem may be with the water inlet valve. A component in the valve may not be working correctly and it could cause water to leak into the dishwasher and then leak out the bottom. You will need to test the water inlet valve with a multimeter to see if it is working correctly. The water inlet valve on your dishwasher is normally located to the left side behind the lower access panel. Remove the screws that secure the access panel and locate the valve. Inspect the inlet supply connection to the valve for leaks and tighten if required or replace the connector if damaged. Most modern dishwashers use compression style fittings or hoses that can be replaced easily. Remember to turn off the water supply before attempting this repair. Check the body of the valve and the outlet hose for cracks or damage. If there is evidence of a leak in the inlet valve area but it is not present during your inspection, try starting a cycle and observe the valve area while the dishwasher is filling. Use caution when attempting this repair as there will be live voltage in this area and any repair or parts replacement should only be attempted after power has been removed.
If your dishwasher is leaking because it has overflowed, the water inlet valve may be the cause. A mechanical defect inside of the valve could cause it to stay open even after the float switch has been satisfied. If your dishwasher continues to fill above the heating element, try opening the door latch to see if it stops filling. If it continues to fill, then you have a defective inlet valve that will need to be replaced. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Dishwasher is leaking from the bottom when running a cycle as it is draining. We think it is the sump as it is not constantly leaking. Should we replace just this part or change the motor as well (the motor seems to be running ok). The dishwasher is 4 years old.
For model number KUDE48FXSS6
Hello Rosanna, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom you will want to replace either the
Drain Hose part PS2358130, the Sump part PS11755006, or the Drain Pump part PS11756031. We hope this helps.

My dishwasher is leaking a bit right after the water is agitated. I believe the motor seal is leaking. I can’t find the seal in the parts breakdown. Do I have to buy a full new sump to get the seal? Thanks
For model number 66515692k211
Hello Chris, thank you for reaching out. The seal you need is the part of the sump, part number PS11755006. The seals are not sold separately and you would need to replace the full sump. We hope this information helps!

I have replaced the diverted valve twice and it is still leaking from where the shaft on the diverted protrudes up into the motor
For model number Kitchen aid
Hi Fredric,
Thank you for your question. If the dishwasher is still leaking in the area where the shaft protrudes up through the sump, the diverter seal is likely worn and it will need to be replaced. The seal is not sold separately and is only sold with the sump. The part number listed under your model number for the sump is PS11755006. If you would like to place an order for it, you may order it either online or by calling our customer service line and anyone will be happy to assist you. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
