the rinse aid fill does not empty the level is always full
For model number ADB1400AGS1
Hello John, thank you for your question. Hard water or detergent buildup may be clogging the dispenser, or the dispenser itself is bad. The rinse aid dispenser can be cleaned by using a turkey baster to suck out the dispenser tank. Then remove the cap of the dispenser and run a full hot cycle. This should clear any clogs. If this does not work, we recommend replacing the rinse aid dispenser. Part number PS11754648. We hope this helps.

I have a 4 year old dishwasher that we don't use very often but in feb. Of this year i replaced the rinse dispenser as it just didn't seem like it was working and now again it seems the silverware is getting spotted - what could be the problem as the rest of the machine works great
For model number MDB4709PAB2
Hello Ellen, thank you for your question. We would recommend checking the spray arms to see if the holes are clogged with any debris. You may also want to check the Accumulator and Filter
PartSelect Number: PS897295 and Turbidity Sensor PartSelect Number: PS11757214. These parts help keep the water clean so the dishes come out clean. Also be sure the rinse aid is kept full. I hope this helps!
