My refrigerator has two dispenser pads. Is this price for one pad, or both pads - item 12 in the diagram? Thanks.
For model number GSF26C4EXB02
Hi Derrick,
Thank you for your question. This part is sold individually. If you need two then you would have to order two. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Are there any videos for replacing the ice and water dispenser pads part wpw10370592? Need help trying to replace the pads
For model number gss26c4xxy02
Hello Steven, Thank you for your inquiry. Use a flat head screwdriver to depress the retaining tabs holding the dispenser control into place. Note the orientation of the wire connectors or take a picture of how they connect, then disconnect them to fully remove the control. Use a wrench to fully depress the locking ring to release the water line from the spigot and detatch it from the retaining clip. Disconnect the wire harnesses and detach the grounding wire. Now use a quarter inch nut driver to remove the screws securing the ice door module and release the retaining clips to remove the module. Remove the spill tray and unthread the screws securing the base and remove it. Lift up the actuator pad housing and bend a side in to remove it. Use a small flat head screw driver to depress the retaining tabs as you pull the old pad up to remove it. Feed the wire of the new pad into the hole in the housing, then align it on the housing and snap it into position. Make sure both pads wires extend over the top corner of the housing, then align it on the door, tuck the sides in, and press down to lock the housing into place. Re-attach the spill tray base and spill tray. Re-align the ice door module, snap it into position and replace the screws. Reconnect the wire harness and secure them on the clip. Re-install the water line and snap it under the retaining clip. Re-install the dispenser control by connecting the wires, now insert the tabs on top of the control into the slots and snap the control into position. Although we do not have repair videos for this exact part number, I have included links to videos for similar parts to assist you. Hope this helps!
