Machine first shows a sud error, I know what this means. Machine clears itself, and then will show error code e01 followed by f09. This is while the machine is running empty. I cleaned all hoses leading to the pump, and also the drain hose. Tried machine, codes still flash. Two technicians looked at this machine saying its fine.. wrong. I installed a new pump... machine still flashes same error codes. All hoses are clean, new pump installed... What is my next step to solving this problem.. New mother board? This is a front end loader. Model # is mhw6000xg1.. When searching this, states incorrect model #.. this is what is on the sticker located behind the door.

Hi Scott,
Thank you for the question. When the washer goes into the drain cycle and the drain time is over 8 minutes and not reaching the reset level in the pressure switch then the drain pump will stop pumping out the water. This means there is a possible issue in the Drain pump, Pressure Switch, or the Electronic Control Board.
Since the pump has already been replaced you will need to look into the Pressure Switch Part number PS11752436 or the board PS6447843.
Hope this helps!

Should the impeller on the water pump have some play “wiggle room” or should it stay rigid with impeller axle? I’ve notice evidence of wear and was curious if the reason my washer wont drain is due to pump impeller damage
For model number Mhw6000xw2
Hello Michael, Thank you for your inquiry. There may be a little room but not very much. If the impeller shows signs of wear, you should probably replace the pump. Hope this helps!
