Hello Robert, thank you for your question. The control panel for your unit is WPW10295277. We do not have any installation videos for this part but its a fairly simple repair. The end caps are removed and the back panel of the appliance. You would pull the knobs off the unit and unscrew the switches that are behind the control panel. Mark, or take pictures of the configuration of the switches and wires before you remove anything. The control panel is held to the top with a couple of clips on either end. You would release these clips the reverse the steps to install the new panel. I hope this helps!

The dryer does not always heat and has been getting worse. I've found that unplugging it seems to reset it to work normally, but not all the time. Another clue the cycle complete buzzer works once in a blue moon. No issue with a clogged vent, and the lint screen is checked every use. Bad Master control board?

Hello Ken, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: heating element, thermal fuse, thermal cut off kit, the internal bias thermostat and the high limit thermostat. Since the buzzer supposed to start buzzing when the timer cuts power to the motor and it stops running, we would also recommend checking the switches as well. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, there are YouTube videos available to assist you. Good Luck with your repair!
