Product Description
Tine Row Combo Retainer Specifications
The tine row retainer for your dishwasher locks the tine row in the vertical position. If the tine row retainer is broken or missing, the tine row will not stand vertically, and it will not be effective. The tine row retainer is found on the lower dish rack and is connected to the side of the rack. To remove the retainer, disconnect the tine row from the retainer, then use a flat blade screwdriver to disconnect the retainer from the dish rack. Then, simply snap the new retainer into place, and reconnect the tine row. This part is made of gray plastic and is sold individually.

Old part never worked well, constantly got bumped by a part of the side when sliding rack back in (design flaw). When part got bumped and fell off, it also got warped from the heat, so then was even less likely to stay in place. New part fits more securely and doesn't bump the problematic part on
Just snapped it right into place! No tools required. Very easy!

Where can I get instructions to attach the Tine Row Combo Retainer WPW10078215? It fell off and melted and I didn't see where it was attached to. Thanks.
For model number Tine Row Combo Retainer WPW10078215
Hello John, thank you for reaching out to PartSelect. The tine row retainer you have mentioned attaches on the lower dishrack above the lower dishrack wheels. On the back side of the retainer there are 2 spots that have hooks on them which wrap around the rack. Then there are 2 spots that are right next to each other that clip on the rack to hold the tine retainer in place. Install the new tine clip by aligning it on the rack and snapping it into place. We hope this is helpful!
