A leak in the bottom of the dishwasher
I turned off the power at the fusebox, then removed the front lower cover using a screwdriver. I then removed the complete assembly and reversed the procedure. Quite simple, and the info on Partselect saved me 85 bucks! I put Partselect in my "favorites" for future use.

Checked continuity on float switch...ok, replaced float itself, but water level is too high, float raises up but too late and dishwasher filling up with too much water and leaking
For model number KUDC03FVSS0
Hello Carson, Thank you for your inquiry. Since you've already tested the float/water level switch, the other part to test would be the water inlet valve. Hope this helps!

Recently, we have started to leak around the float switch shaft. Part number found on the bottom part: W10175382. Can you provide instructions on how to remove the float switch? And can we just purchase a seal? Or do we need an assembly?
For model number 665.7796* or 665.7797*

The round plastic (grey) float seams to rise and fall easily. I noticed a small leak directly under it. I have determined that the float works and the plunger attached to it seams to be touchable from underneath. I am unable to remove the float. I don't want to break it. Is there a video showing how to do this. Thanks in advance.

Hi Daniel,
Thank you for your question. We have included a link to one of our YouTube videos that you may reference on how to install the float. The dishwasher in the video may appear different from yours, but it will give you a general idea on how to install the part. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!

This dishwasher was removed and stored for a few months and reinstalled at different house and upon testing there is a slow drip from the overfill float and switch. What is the most likely problem? What part or parts should be replaced? Thanks.
For model number KUDS30IVWH4
Hi Steve,
Thank you for your question. If you are experiencing a leak coming from the float and switch, you will need to check these parts to see if they are working correctly. You should also check the water inlet valve. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
