Easy repair, super fast delivery
It was easy to find the right part on the website for my dishwasher model and the part came really quickly even though I expected delays due to Covid-19. Simple repair and the part fit well despite my dishwasher being 20 years old.

AAA+ - Part Selection - Delivery - Fitment
Located the exact part needed for my aging MayTag Dishwasher and delivery was faster than expected. My only concern is the cost associated with this plastic composite. However, I would happily purchase from this supplier again if they have my parts.

Electric range oven's element wouldn't heat up and Dishwasher's upper rack wont roll out
The sketches on PartSelect.com were very-very helpful, in picking up the parts to order and also while fixing the parts.
For oven range. First I removed the two screws that hold the flat top in place and lifted the flat top. I then unscrewed the two screws that holds the element kit. Disconnected the three wires, and replaced the broken element with the new one. All done.
For dishwasher, just snapped the parts in and all set.

loose top basket/
I had two problems with the dishwasher. The top basket was loose, but the main problem was a plastic part inside the bottom assembly.
The part was backordered, so I re-ordered it through Sears. They said it would arrive in two days. Theirs came in two weeks, and their customer service was terrible.
Your "backordered" part came in two days, even before it was supposed to come had the part not been back ordered. I am delighted with your customer service and your company.
The illustrations on your website were excellent. They helped us not only to identify the part, but to diagnose the problem.
This was my first purchase through your company and if I ever need parts again, there is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else.
You have an excellent company, and great website! I bookmarked your page for future purchases.

Snap tabs for wheels on original part broken - resulting in the top rack being loose on one side and falling down when you touched it.
I aligned the V-shaped tabs on the inner side of the part with the slots in the mating part and simply pulled the old part out (it was already disengaged from the wheels in the metal rail). I then inserted the new part into the slots. One side went in well, but the other side required the part to be bowed slightly to match up the V-shaped tab with the slot. Then the hard part was getting the wheels in position to snap them on. Once in position, it took a bit of effort to engage the snaps in each wheel. I was afraid of breaking the new part. These snaps are very stiff and even with the notch between them there isn't any give, but I was able to apply enough constant, steady pressure to finally get them to snap in without breaking.

Whell mounting plate on upper rack snapped in two.
I brought the rack to my computer and pulled up your diagram. It was relatively easy to follow the diagram to install the parts. They didn't need any tools, just snap them in place. Wife factor, very high, she can now use the dishwasher again.

Right side roller of upper basket kept coming off track because one of the 2 wheels was broken which came with the replacement strip. The plate was also broken and replaced to hold the strip in place. Easy fix.
Simply took old parts off and replaced them with new parts - no tools required.

No spray inside dishwasher, dishes still dirty
Removed spray arm from bottom of dishwasher, Then three torx screws holding housing and filter screen together. Next the 5/16 screws csme out and I founf the broken pump impeller pieces. Took the 5/16 screw out of the broken impeller hub and pryed the broken hub off the shaft with two screwdrivers. Be careful not to break the housing when taking off the broken hub. (hardest part was getting the broken piece off). Also went deeper and replaced the drain pump impeller ( which was not broken) and the seal assembly. re assembled in reverse order. Repared a broken wheel on the top rack too. Unit works great. Thanks for the fast service and valuable info for the home repair person

The top rack had one of the wheels came separated from the wheel mounting strip
It was very easy, I just took out top rack got the old mounting strip, which just pulled right out. At that point I put the Mounting Strip right in, which fit like a glove then popped the wheels back on ! I then put the rack back in and secured it and pushed the rack in and Voila! Done.

Upper rack sagging from broken wheel mount
Removed the white mounting strip on the right side of the upper dishwasher rack by aligning the v-shaped slot. Note that one slot that's aligned with the "v" and push that part through the slot. It will take a slight downward twist to align the second slot, then push that slot downward as well.
I popped the mounting strip from the wheels (the front mount on the mounting strip was damaged to it came out easily). Put the mounting strip back in through the "v" slots (reversing the above direction starting with the slot that aligns at a slight angle first), then snapped the wheels back into the mounting strip.
One note when ordering is that the picture shows the strip with wheels, but the strip came without wheels. Fortunately, the existing wheels worked OK, but be aware that you should order the wheels separately if they're damaged as well.
No tools required and the only tricky part was figuring out now to get the "v" in the mounting strip aligned with the slots (and doing it in the right sequence.)
