we remove ice weekly from below freezer drawer to stop water from draining across our floor. I need whaever it takes to repair it.

Hello George, thank you for your question. We have researched your model and found that the issue is probably with the freezer door gasket, part number PS8688875. When the gasket is faulty the door can not prevent warm air entry to the freezer which upon dehumidification can create ice in the freezer. If that does not take care of the issue, then the problem is most likely to be related to the defrost heater, part number PS11723183.
