change color to black
Pulled toe panel and then electrical panels and handle and then front panel. It was a white appliance and i changed it to black. The people at part select was very helpful and friendly. I would do business with them in the future.

dishwasher would not run, various lights flashing on control panel
First guess to repair was to replace the control board. This did not fix the problem and I was out $80. I still refused to call in an appliance repair person knowing that would cast 200+. I tried replacing the touchpad control panel and that solved it. The repair is easy. Remove 6 screws that hold the panel in place with an Allen wrench (from inside the washer door. Remove the old panel by pressing on the plastic clips that hold it on the left side and lifting (you may have to press the clip with a screw driver if your fingers can't fit in the space). Be careful not to break the clips. The right side of the panel has tabs that slide into notches in the frame. Once lifted be careful to support the panel while you disconnect the ribbon cable. It slides off but requires some pressure. Take it off slowly and evenly so as to not bend the pins in the connector. Connect the ribbon cable to the new panel, slide the right side tabs into the notches and snap the left side into the clips. Replace the screws. Done!
