We cannot remove the bottom spray arm to see if there is something stuck causing he loud noise the dishwasher is making. We tried unscrewing the bolt?? on top but it just keeps turning forever and not releasing the arm - please help. thank you.

There is a plastic nut that holds the spray arm in place. I cannot remove it. It may break as i try to get it out. Does the new spray arm come with a nut to fix it in place in case i break the nut on the old one as i try to remove the spray arm?
