Right part, fairly easy fix
The part was right, and it’s worth watching a couple of videos before starting the repair. FYI, you have to take off the back, side, and top of the oven to replace this part!

GREAT COMPANY FAST EFFIENT SERVICE
the part was in great condition and delivery was very fast - sadly the door hinges were not quite strong enough, the door was just too heavy! as a matter of fact all parts ordered to fix/update our Jenn Aire, although exactly the right parts were not enough to make our old range new again and we ended up purchasing a new range. which of course has nothing to do with your company and all it's services and we'll be sure to use PartSelect for anything we might require in the future; thank you for your assistance through our efforts with everything involved!

Part did not fit!
Had to modify the part to fit my wall oven. Despite giving the model and serial number of my wall oven this part did not fit. I used a grinder to modify the part to fit my oven as the hinge brackets had tabs on them that were not on the original ones.

Repair was not too difficult.
Shipping was very quick. The parts matched well, but I do wonder if the strength of the spring is as good as it should be. When opening the door, one better hang on to it, it will bottom out easily.

Easy repair, replacement part matched original perfectly
The replacement door hinge was an exact match for the original & was shipped to me here in Calgary in a couple of days. Prior to ordering the part I found a couple of internet videos that thoroughly detailed the process to change the oven door hinge that were very helpful. Also read a couple of procedures that other purchasers had documented. I will order parts again from PartSelect if I need to.

Oven Door hinge broke
0. Throw oven circuit breaker 1. Open oven door and slide/lift door off of hinge posts 2. Remove oven drawer 3. Slide oven out from between cabinets and turn so that the back is accessible. 4. remove Phillips screws holding the cover-rear and side panel to the stove. Note which screws have pan heads and which are hex head. 5. remove stove elements and pans 6. Raise stove Top Assembly and release ceramic element sockets from their clips. 7. Push the supports for the Top Assembly fornt and back to release them from their sockets so that the Top Assembly can be lifted to near vertical. 8. Remove the hex head screw holding the Control Panel End Cap to the side panel. (Steps 5-7 might be avoided if you have a small socket wrench that can get to this screw without removing the elements.) 9. Remove the other screws holding the top of the side panel to the "Box Burner" pan that sits under the Top Assembly. 10. Pull side panel slightly away from the oven and lift it to disconnect it from the posts that hold the side panel to the front of the oven. 11. Remove the two screws on the front of the oven that hold the hing mechanism. 12. tilt and remove the hinge. 13. Open the replacement hinge so that it can fit through the hinge opening in the front of the oven. 14. Reassemble.

The Hinge Was Broken
We moved into a house with seemingly newer looking appliances. After the dishwasher broke and destroyed our floor, we found out that they were all twelve years old. Amazing the condition they were in after all that time.
The oven was the next thing to break. The hinge snapped, and while we could still use the oven, it allowed hot air to seep out.
So I checked online and lo and behold, I found a hinge for under $20. Wow. Much cheaper than a new range.
The most amazing thing was that I purchased it on a Friday afternoon, and it showed up on Saturday, so we could do the repair over the weekend. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with that kind of service.
We had to take off the side panel which was a pain, but all in all, it was 7-8 screws and swapping the hinge was easy. One of the screws did not want to go back in, so I had to find a replacement, but other than that, it was a pretty easy repair.
Thanks!
