Hi Mark, there could be many causes for this. The water pump WP3363394 could be causing it not to drain properly. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!

How to check if the Spin Tube need replacing?
For model number LSQ8500JQ0
Hello Vincent, thank you for the query. According to our research, if the spin tube is rusty, worn out or has grooves due to excessive use, then you may need to replace the spin tube, part number PS11743353. If the basket is not spinning properly during the spin cycle, then you may need to replace the spin tube. We hope this information helps!

I replaced the drive tube and the clutch and the machine will agitate but not spin. What could cause this?
For model number ITW4300SQ0
Hi Robert, thank you for the question. First, you may need to make sure that the washer is level and the load is balanced inside the tub. Also ensure that there is no blockage in the drain system as it may prevent the washer from spinning. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the timer, part number PS11746676, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Washer is very loud during washing cycle. Clothes spin and come out properly, just loud. I have checked for it being “out of balance” and it seems to be fine. Thank you in advance for your response!
For model number MVWC300VW1
Hello Michael, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Tub Wear Pads, Thrust Spacer, Spin Pinion Seal and Agitator Repair parts that include the Agitator Cogs for wear or damage. We hope this helps!
