Timer was bad.
I removed 4 screws holding the trim and timer mechanism. There is 1 phillips screw holding the timer to remove, and a plastic piece to pull out from the back of the timer.I easily pulled it off,and the timer fell right off.I removed the wiring harness, and removal was done.Installing the timer was a reversal of the process.Slide the timer in place.install 1 screw, snap wiring harness on.push timer dial on,shroud back in place and 4 screws to put back in. The whole process took me 15 minutes, and is a very simple fix.My wife was thrilled, and I was the hero!

The water has started filling very slow
For model number 11023032100
Hello Sandy, Thank you for the question. Normally a Slow Water Flow is due to a clogged or defective Water Inlet Valve. You can turn off the water supply and remove the hose from the valve to check the screens to see if they need to be cleaned. If not, you may need to replace the Valve. We hope this helps!

Hi Lois,
Thank you for your question. The shaft that the knob is on is not sold separately and is sold with the timer. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
