Bought used washer dryer combo recently. Dryer runs forever and never stops so i'm assuming something is wrong with the timer. Would this be your guess as well?

Hello Cindy, Thank you for your inquiry. I would check the thermal fuse, the temperature thermostat and cycling thermostat first as these can cause the timer not to advance. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, there are YouTube videos available to assist you. If there are no issues with these parts, check the door switch and your timer switch as well. Good Luck with your repair.

1/how to you remove that electric harness from timer; on washing machine side side
Part # 3347890b.?
2/this machine will only go into agitate cycle only. I finally got it to spin out all the water in tub.
I assume its the timer that needs replacement
3/ how old is this machine. it came with the house(july 2019)

1. we could find any removal/installation information on this part. I recommend contacting the manufacturer directly.
2. The time is possible, it could also be the control board, pump, inlet valve ect;
3. This dryer could 32 years old

How do I remove the washer knob and dial to be able to remove and replace the timer?

Thank you for your question. You should be able to pull the knobs and the dial off the timer shaft. Here is a link to one of our YouTube videos that you may reference for information on how to remove and install the timer. The washer in the video may not be the same as yours, but it will give you a general idea on how to remove and install the part. We hope this helps!
