Timer Knob with Skirt Specifications
This white timer knob and skirt assembly is used with for some clothes washers and clothes dryers. The entire assembly is three inches in diameter, and it is made of plastic. There is a gray trim around the perimeter of the knob as well as a gray indicator line on the knob's skirt. This knob accepts a D-shaped shaft.

could noy start the dryer because the knob would not push in
the old knob slid off the post. The knob and post had one flat spot so it would be impossible to install the knob in the wrong position. Just pushed the new knob on the post and the dryer works like new again.

Busted the timer shaft off the timer
I pulled the control cover off, unscrewed the old timer, switched wire for wire, screwed new back on, and dried.

i drop something on my knob thats how i broke my knob.its been 6 months i been looking for my knob until i see parts direct i put my order in just 2 days i received.
when i get my parts i just opened the packaged i put it in the pin knob it so simple.thank u very much parts direct for saving my dryer know its good for another 10 year.

The knob broke.
I lined the new knob up and pushed it on! No more pliers to time the dryer.
