Upper spray arm assembly broken
Had trouble finding my model dishwasher so i called Part Select and we were able to identify the same parts from a newer model. Repair was to replace the entire spray arm assembly, it went well with no problems.

Replaced the upper arm mount
Really simple and easy to do. You simply remove the screw from underneath. Unsnap the old upper arm mount from the rack. Put the new upper arm mount in. Attach the arm using the screw and you're done. Some may find it a bit awkward because screw in underneath the rack, facing up - but it is easy if you just get down there and look up.
The hardest part was removing the screw from the old broken mount. I suggest before you order the part, you should take a look around and see if there are any other parts in this area that are worn / need replacing so you can order everything all at once.

I need the plastic rivet, or push pin, that holds the bearing to the manifold of the upper wash arm. It looks like it is number 4 on your parts diagram. I do not need the entire upper wash arm replaced. Just the pin. Is the pin for the lower wash arm the same as the pin from the upper arm?
For model number KUDS01FLBL6
Hi Barb,
Thank you for your question. The pins for the lower and upper wash arms are different. The part number listed for the push in screw cover (upper) is PS11741624 and the part number listed under your model number for the screw (lower) is PS11753412. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
