Looking for a replacement tube in the icemaker that directs water into the tray. It is soft plastic, approximately 3/4 diameter and 3 inches in length. Would that be part 13 in the diagram?

My Kitchen Aid refrigerator has started to leak water on the floor. This water is overflowing the bottom defrost water collection tray. The coils are clean and the fan is running. I notice a significant drip of water dripping into the tray through the correct drain hose. When I turn off the water supply to the ice maker the drip stops and the tray dries out. So the leak is coming from the ice maker/hose somewhere up near the top since the hose runs outside the back of the refrigerator unit it enters the freezer near the top. My question is, what are the most likely culprits and what parts do you think I might need? Is this accusable from the back of the freezer or does this have to be fixed from inside the freezer, maybe through some sort of access plate that is in the freezer?
For model number KSFS25FJBT00
Hello Karl, Thank you for the question. We suggest removing the Ice Maker to inspect it for any damage. Make sure there are no cracks in the tray and everything is intact. From the inside of the Freezer you can see and access the Inlet Tube that fills the Ice Maker. Make sure it is not damaged and positioned correctly so it isn't missing the Ice Maker Fill Cup during the fill cycle. Watch during the fill cycle as it fills the ice maker and see if it is spraying or if it has enough water pressure so the water stream is getting to the Fill Cup. If not, you will need to pull the appliance out from the wall and pull the water line from the back to check for damage or air pockets. Make sure it is not frosted over preventing the water from getting through properly. Also check the House Hold water supply to the appliance to make sure the pressure is good. We hope this helps!
