Replaced pump, washer spins but tub takes 2 or 3 spin cycles to empty completely. Is there a tub water level switch in this unit.
For model number MAH5500BWW
Hi Keith,
Thank you for your question. If the washer is not draining completely, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the drain pump, the drive belt and motor isolator and the tub displacement switch. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Machine will drain but won't spin. I replaced the wax motor and the door lock spin enable switch but still doesn't spin. Do you have any suggestions?
For model number MAH5500AWW
Hi Eddie, Thank you for the question. The next thing I suggest is making sure the Belt is not broken or has slipped off a pulley. You can also try to replace the Internal Unbalance Switch,PartSelect Number PS11739429. Hope this helps!

Washer is noisy when in the spin cycle sounds like a bearing, also water is not completely drained from system, when i spin the drum by hand i can hear water in the outer drum.
For model number MAH5500BWW
Hello Rick, thank you for your question. For the noise issue you're having you might want to check the
Lip Seal Kit Part Number: 12002022, Spinner Support and Seal Kit Part Number: W10181639, and the
Drive Belt and Motor Isolator Kit Part Number: 12001788. It might also be the outer tub bearing. Unfortunately, the tub bearing is NOT sold separately. It is only available with the outer tub assembly. I would check the drain pump and drain hoses to make sure there are no blockages that is preventing the unit from draining completely. If the hoses are clear, and there isn't anything clogging the drain pump, the unit might not be getting into the highest spin possible to get all the water out of the clothes. This might be in relation to the noise issue as well. If the bearing is keeping the tub from spinning at high speed the clothes will remain wet. I hope this helps!
