Product Description
Inlet Fill Hose Specifications
This fill hose is a genuine OEM replacement part for your dishwasher. The hose is made of black plastic, and is accordion-style, for ease of movement within your dishwasher. To replace the fill hose, you will need a 1/4 inch nut driver, Channellock pliers, and a Phillips screwdriver. Replacing this part will require some disassembly, such as removing the water inlet valve from the fill hose, and the clamps which secure the hose in place. Reuse your existing clamps when securing your new fill hose in place.

Easy replacement to fix leak.
Old part had failed after 15 years. This part was an exact replacement and easy to install. Hint: Place washer on it's back to make sure that the front door electronics does not get wet!

Does the insulation have to stay on top of dishwasher when it goes back under cabinet ?
For model number GU2400XTPT6
Hi Gary,
Thank you for your question. Yes, the insulation should remain on the top of the dishwasher. The heat as well as the steam the dishwasher produces needs to be kept inside the dishwasher as it may warp the cabinets around it. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I moved my DW from one home to another and had it installed. There now seems to be excess length in the water intake hose. Will that be a problem or do I need a shorter water hose? (There is lots of room under the sink for the hose,,,, not cramped.)
For model number KDTE254ESS2
Hello Joanna, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest replacing the inlet hose, part number PS11738178, to solve the problem. Glad to be of assistance!
