I have purchased this range from best buy and would like to know if it is lp or natural gas. Do i need a converter?
For model number WEG745H0FS0
Hi Bill, thank you for your question. Most gas appliances are automatically set for Natural Gas. However the store may change that. You should check with Best Buy to see what gas your appliance is set for. Good luck with your repair.

Hi, we had a power surge recently and now the oven and broiler do not work. There is no smell of gas when turning either on and i don't can't hear it sparking. Cooktop is fine. Could this be the regulator or more likely to be a control board?
For model number WEG745H0FS0
Hello John, Thank you for the question. With a power surge, normally the Control Board PartSelect Number PS11756686 will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

I have a gas smell all the time inside the oven can it be a faulty regulator valve?
For model number WEG745H0FS0
Hello Tony, thank you for contacting us. You might be having this issue because of a faulty pressure regulator, part number PS11731634, or loose connections between the regulator and the tubes connected to it. To detect leakage from the pressure regulator or nearby connections, you may apply a non-corrosive leak detection solution or dish soap mixed with water to the connection points. The solution will bubble if a leak is present. We hope this information helps!

Oven flame on then come off just in second
For model number WFG540H0ES1
Hi Marcel, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend replacing the valve and pressure regulator, part number PS11770096, to fix the issue. It controls the gas supply for the bake and broil burners and limits the incoming gas pressure to a safe and constant level. We hope this solves your problem!
