The dryer is always beeping. The start light and control lights are flashing too. I have to shut down electricity so it will stop. When I am trying to use it it will dry the clothes for about 5 minutes and will stop. Do you think that changing the electronic board will solve the problem?

Hello Christian,
Thanks for your question. We would advise replacing the control board if the problem persists after unplugging the dryer for 3-5 minutes and plugging it back in.
I hope this helps.

Before purchasing this part what is the likelihood that the control board malfunctions. The dryer is giving me an error code that makes no sense, error code "62" per dryer data sheet "reading error codes". This code is not even listed in the table. Essentially the dryer will not start. Checked thermal limiter and high limit thermostat both check ok. Drum turns easily and ran prior to this during the weekend laundry chores. Also after displaying this "62" a few cycles it would then start lighting every dampness indicator along this the options lamps. Then go back to displaying the error code. So before i spend the $226 what is the chance that this control board is shot? Is there any thing else i should troubleshoot in the determination of the present problem.

Hi Jeffrey,
Thank you for your inquiry. The E62 error code is letting you know that there is a short circuit in your dryer. Try to reset the dryer by either unplugging it or by turning off the circuit breaker and waiting 10 minutes before restoring power to the dryer. If this does not correct the issue with your dryer then the issue could be one of three things, a control board issue, a wiring issue or a heater relay issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

The Dryer beeps six times, sometimes doesn't dry or run....
For model number FEQ1442CES
Hi John,
Thank you for your question. If your dryer will not start, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the door switch, the thermal fuse limiter, the motor, and the main control board. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!

I have replaced the thermo limiter, the thermostat, the heating element and the control board. It will still not heat and the timer will not progress from 90. It shuts down and all the lights on the far right above the pause cancel button start flashing. What other part do i need to replace to get my dryer to work.
For model number LEQ1452KS0
Hi Alona,
Thank you for your question. There is only other one part that I could think of to check and that your be your thermistor. I have listed that part down below for you. You can test it with a multi meter first. It should read 0 ohms to be working correctly. Other than that perhaps you need to take a look at your wiring being the issue? I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
