Seems as though my temp display is completely unable to change temperature in refrigerator and freezer, however all other buttons change things correctly.
The refrigerator temperature is hovering right around freezing, causing some food to freeze, all fans and compressor works fine, water in pan in rear, so I’d say defrost is working.

LFX28968ST /03 Freezer drawer leaks water onto our floor to what appears to be the during defrost cycle. Can it be fixed?
For model number LFX28968ST
Hello Kehaulani, thank you for the great question. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the drain tray assembly, part number PS7789008, to fix the issue. It attaches under the evaporator coils and catches water melting off the coils during the defrost cycle. Glad to be of help!

My nephew accidentally forced the door closed last year, which resulted in the door having to be re closed manually folding back the flap. Ugh!
Unscered 2 screws, unplug electrical connection under the screws, slide her flap into grooves, realign screw holes , and rescrew in. Done.

The factory door gasket was split and needed replacing
I pulled the gasket off and installed the new one. It was very easy. All I had to do was to push the new gasket in place in the grooves in the door. The gasket I received was identical to the one I replaced.

Broken Door Mullion Spring
Had to buy the entire door mullion because the spring broke, wasn't happy. Got the new part very quickly and it was a new replacement part number. Somewhat tentative. Took it out of the box and looked it over. No spring! Groan! Thought I got the wrong part. Flipped the bottom hinge and it snapped open, no need for a spring! Two screws, disconnect the wire harness, throw away the old, get new, connect the wire harness, connect hinges, put in two screws! Super easy. Watch the video for some pointers along the way.
