It is beeping every few minutes, the light at the bottom (outside front) is blinking and things are thawing out

Hi Ted,
Thank you for your question. If the freezer is beeping it is usually due to either the door being ajar or if the temperature inside reaches 21°F. Try resetting the freezer. First make sure the door is closed and then unplug the freezer for 30 seconds. If this does not help, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the evaporator fan motor, the electronic control board, the defrost thermostat and the defrost heater. You will find the information on how to test these parts under Free Repair Help and Instant Repairman on our website. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
If we purchase an additional shelf #5304525223, are there any additional shelf clips that we need to purchase?
For model number FFFU20F2VW0
Hello Dave, Thank you for contacting us. We have researched the model you have provided and have found the part you are looking for is PartSelect Number PS12731484 for the clips. The Clips are sold individually. We hope this helps!
Replaced circuit board. Plugged in and fan automatically started. Pulled wires from original board and matched with new while still plugged into the freezer. I know they match. We have yet to receive cold inside, luckily we pulled food out. It's been over 24 hrs and I've unplugged it for 5-10 minutes and changed the thermostat. The coils have been cleaned, and it's level sitting. Seals are properly sealed. Again new circuit board. Why is it not cooling??

Hi Ira, thank you for the question. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest you checking the inverter control board, part number PS12746816. Good luck with this repair!
Hello Thomas, thank you for contacting us. The model doesn't have a defrost timer. The defrost cycle time is controlled by the control board. The control board, part number PS16555732, is located at the back of the refrigerator behind a small cover. We hope this helps.
Why is my freezer beeping? 3 short beeps every 10 seconds or so
For model number FFFU20F2VW0
Hello Cathy, thank you for writing. Check if fridge and freezer are overfilled: Over-stuffing of these compartments will prevent the doors from closing properly and can cause the fridge to set off a beeping alarm. Check the fridge door seals: Broken or damaged door seals may prevent the fridge from closing. This can also happen if the seals are dirty. We hope this helps.

so not to disrupt items on the shelves we purchased an extra shelf so we could flash freeze items on a baking sheet after they are frozen then placed in a seal meal bags the items won't stick together the extra shelf allows you about 3 inches of space for a backing sheet
